Groupe Hautier is one of those who choose not to suffer from events. On the contrary, we are continuing our adventure by strengthening our businesses and our locations, with our customers and our employees.

We are very pleased to announce that Groupe Hautier will take over Groupe Gazeau-Brelet as of the summer of 2021.

This takeover will make our Group a modern mid cap company, ahead in societal and managerial development.

Our Group will then have 1100 employees and will expand its national network with new sites in Nantes, Le Havre, Paris and Lille.

Our national presence will also be extended to the fields of general merchandise, logistics and containers.
